Cooking – A Recipe Wish List
There’s so much good food out there in the world. To expand my cooking repertoire, and to eat at home more often, I’d want to have recipes for my favorites. When I’m done gathering them all, I want to create a cookbook for myself called “Repertoire: A Cookbook.”
Basic Recipes
- Flakey pie crust
- 25 sauces
- 15 spice mixes to use with fish/shrimp
- Pizza crust (with Rosemary?) ()
- Scones for Graham

- Stir fry tofu
- Tea IN food (fish?)
- Ratatouille
- Graham’s French mother’s Rosemary potatoes
- Nigerian Akara
- Edible congee (and good)
- Savory, rustic tart of some sort – like this one. I like the way the dough comes up over the edges! Not so much crazy about gorgonzola. Blech!)

- A very nice cheese & fruit board
- Yogurt

- Potato Chips
- Fried Pickles
- Pretty salmon (like in pictures) – Right now mine turns out all white and fatty.
- Tuscan White Bean Salad with Garlic & Rosemary
- Cranberry sauce
- Cranberry bread
- Curried Sweet Potato Latkes (Sample Recipe)
- Roti with Peanut Sauce – Added Feb. 26, 2010
